DSM Engineering Materials is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is responsible for day-to-day order management, including activities like processing intake of customer orders, master data maintenance, timely handling of order blocks, managing back-orders and monitoring material allocation. In this position, you are the first point of contact for our customers and close cooperation is required with several internal stakeholders like Account Management and Demand Planning to ensure high-level service and complete and timely delivery to our customers.
Main Tasks within this position
- Processing incoming orders and handling of order changes
- Managing back-orders
- Monitoring of order blocks and ensuring timely release
- Customer master data maintenance
- First point of contact for both customers and several internal stakeholders like Account Management in case of order requests or related questions
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant with an HBO or Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Business studies or similar studies. A truly committed person with a powerful can-do mentality and preferably demonstrated job history in Customer Service or Logistics. Moreover, he or she needs to have experience in working with SAP and possesses strong communication skills. Proper English language skills are required, any additional European language is a pre.
