Administrator Service – Marel Boxmeer

Location: Boxmeer, The Netherlands
Hours: 24-32
Salary indication: 2700 - 3095 per month

Scope and authority

The Service Administrator performs all required administration tasks around field service and will ensure:

  •  Execution of all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and on time, before and after service visits, to ensure timely and accurate invoicing to customers and administrative tasks related to service and spareparts delivery.
  • Process outcome of service visits and ensure they are executed by relevant function in the organization
  • All information required to meet company deadlines is available in a timely manner, e.g. service reports, timesheets and expenses
  • All work executed is in line with global processes and standards

Main tasks

  • Follows up on all administrative tasks resulting from field service and customer support
  •  Delivers high quality information to drive flawless invoicing process within defined global targets, i.e. for labor, parts and expenses
  • Ensures time sheets, overtime claims and expense claims are processed in timely manner to meet payrollcut-off and all costs are allocated to the correct cost centers.
  •  Follows up with engineers on service reports, to ensure they are completed, processed and stored accord-ing to global procedures.
  •  Updates information and databases as required, e.g. health/safety/environment, installed base, knowledgebase, training schedules and skills matrix
  •  Other duties assigned required by the business

Skills and abilities

  • Organizational skills
  • Detail focused and accurate
  • Ability to work well with a team as well as independently to get things done under deadline
  • Very good English skills, written and verbal, preferably good in speaking and writing in the German language.

Education, Knowledge and Experience

  • Education in administration or similar education and/or experience
  • Experience with ERP systems (DAX or SAP) and/or CRM systems ( / ServiceMax)
  • Knowledge of Service Admin processes and ideally worked in a Sales / Service environment
  • Appreciation of commercial service and business development
  • Experience with and comfort working in multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage
